The Guards Down
Raising awareness for solutions to PTSD, trauma, and complex grief for veterans and service members.
Through outreach, training, and providing resources for veterans with PTSD and access to different treatment options, we will learn how to heal and become aware of the necessity to incorporate mental health, physical fitness, and holistic wellness into everyday life. Guards Downs will provide a continuous support group of veterans who are in the process of dealing with PTSD and Complex Grief and who are finding ways to make it through.
